"I’m looking for a developer who can build a streamlined indian horse-racing betting website where I control the odds manually. The public-facing side must let visitors place wagers through a clear betting interface, see live race updates, and review their previous bets in a simple history screen.

Only basic account functionality is required—straightforward login, logout, and password reset—so please keep user management lightweight. No payment processing or automatic odds feeds are needed at this stage; I’ll add and change every odd myself from an admin panel.

I haven’t committed to a specific platform yet, so feel free to propose WordPress with custom work, a Laravel or Node stack, or another approach you trust for speed and stability.
