"We are developing an MVP web application to manage surf/kitesurf/wingfoil schools. The goal is to streamline bookings, instructor scheduling, payments, messaging, and student feedback—while keeping the system flexible and scalable for franchise operations.

We are looking for a reliable freelancer or agency to take full ownership of the MVP in 10–12 weeks, using existing templates and pre-built components where possible.

Main Features

1. Booking Form (Frontend)
- To be Embedded in public website
- Captures: student details, package, preferred time, lesson type
- Lesson types: 1-to-1, group of 2 / 3 / 4 / 5+ students
- No online payment: student selects payment method (bank transfer, cash, etc.)
- School manually marks status as Paid / Unpaid

2. Admin Dashboard (Web app – desktop)
- Manage bookings, assign students to instructors
- Group lessons automatically completed by the system (e.g. fill up group of 3 students based on type selected)
- Track income and expected cash flow
- Manage instructor payouts (paid/unpaid)
- Upload video analyses with comments (if included in package)
- NPS dashboard (global + per instructor)
- Set lesson duration and scheduling logic based on weather forecast until day-before
- Manual confirmation the evening before → triggers “Lesson Confirmed” notifications

3. Instructor Portal (Responsive for mobile)
- Login access
- Calendar of assigned lessons
- Telegram notifications:
- New lesson assigned
- Reminder evening before (if lesson confirmed)
- Set weekly and hourly availability
- View NPS and feedback
- Upload video analysis

4. Student Notifications
- Automated WhatsApp + email messages:
- Booking confirmation
- Lesson reminder (24h)
