"I need a simple, ready-to-launch real estate WordPress website for renting/selling apartments, villas, buildings, and land. The site must support Arabic (RTL) as the default language and English, with a language switcher.

Requirements:
- Admin-only listing uploads (images, price, rooms, area, city, availability, etc.)
- Visitor search/filter by city, area, price, rooms, or availability
- Each property listing should have a "Reserve" button leading to a form (name, phone, message)
- Admin receives form data via email and can mark listings as "reserved" or "sold"
- Pages: Home, Rent, Sell, Contact + social links in footer
- Homepage must feature a search bar, recent properties, and our services section
- Fill 3–4 listings with dummy data across different cities for showcase readiness
- No login/register or payment gateway needed
