"I want to launch an informational website with a companion mobile app that feels alive rather than static. The core idea is to let users explore the content through an interactive experience driven by custom algorithms—think of it as a dynamic guide that adapts to each visitor’s actions instead of a traditional page-by-page read.

Here’s the picture:
• The site and app share one back-end so updates appear everywhere instantly.
• Users land on an elegant, lightweight interface, then an algorithm curates articles, media snippets and small decision points that steer them toward the next piece of content.
• Everything must be responsive and fast on modern browsers, iOS and Android.
• I’ll need an admin dashboard (any solid CMS or a bespoke panel) so I can upload new pieces, tweak the recommendation logic and view engagement stats without touching code.
• Source code, build files and a brief hand-over video complete the deliverable.
