"I’m building Marin-19 ani as a mobile learning companion and I need someone who can turn the concept into a polished iOS- and Android-ready application. The heart of the product is its progress-tracking engine: every lesson a user completes should update a visual dashboard, unlock the next step, and sync seamlessly across devices.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A lightweight, modern UI that keeps the learner focused on content, not clutter
• A robust progress-tracking backend (cloud-hosted or on-device sync—open to your recommendation)
• Clean, well-documented code in Flutter, React Native, or another cross-platform stack you trust
• Basic admin panel or API endpoints so I can add new lessons without another code push
• A short hand-off session and build instructions so future iterations are easy

Right now I’m prioritising the tracking feature; extras like quizzes or interactive mini-lessons can stay on the roadmap until the core workflow is solid.
