"My WordPress-based portfolio/business site has slipped offline because a handful of plugins refuse to update. WordPress keeps emailing me “plugin update failed” notices and, as a result, key pages no longer load correctly.

What I need:
• A full audit of every active and inactive plugin.
• Safe, complete updates for all plugins, handled in a staging environment first so the live site never goes dark.
• Troubleshooting of any conflicts you uncover, followed by replacements or clean reinstalls where updates aren’t possible.
• Final verification that the site’s core features—pages, menus, and contact form—render perfectly on desktop and mobile once the work is done.

Please work directly in WordPress (no FTP access has been set up yet, though I can provide it if you prefer) and keep a short log of changes for my records.
