I want users to browse available time-slots, confirm a booking in just a few taps, and receive a simple on-screen confirmation.

I’m happy for you to suggest the most efficient tech stack, but the finished product must run on both iOS and Android, keep data in sync through a lightweight backend, and include a clean, admin-side calendar where I can add, edit, or cancel slots with minimal friction. Usability and fast load times are more important than flashy visuals.
