"The assignment is to build a production-ready mobile app for both iOS and Android that scans event QR codes, authenticates users with their credentials, and retrieves attendee information from my REST API over a secure connection (HTTPS with token-based headers).

Scope
• Native or high-performance cross-platform framework of your choice (Swift / Kotlin / Flutter / React Native are all acceptable).
• Camera integration that recognises standard QR codes quickly and reliably.
• After each scan, the code’s payload is sent to my backend; the app then presents the returned attendee profile in an attractive, on-brand UI.
• Credential-based login with form validation and persistent session handling.
• All API calls must be encrypted and follow the JSON schemas provided.
• Clean UX/UI design included: login, onboarding, scan flow, qr-scan or manual guest selection, success & error states.

Deliverables
1. Source code for iOS and Android builds.
2. UI assets and style guide (Figma, Sketch or similar).
3. Build & deploy instructions plus a short README outlining architecture decisions.
4. One release-candidate build per platform ready for TestFlight / Play Console.

Acceptance Criteria
• First scan to attendee screen in ≤2 seconds on mid-range devices.
• No unauthorised API access when traffic is intercepted (I will run a proxy test).
• All flows pass the test cases in the API documentation.
• Stores comply with Apple & Google camera permission guidelines.
