"I’m ready to launch a full-scale ride-sharing service for the general public and need a complete, production-ready platform that mirrors the user experience of apps like Uber or Lyft while remaining uniquely branded for my business. Core features must include real-time GPS tracking for every trip, seamless in-app payments, and a two-way rating system for both riders and drivers. Beyond those, I still expect all of the usual ride-share essentials—profile management, fare estimates, push notifications, trip history, surge pricing logic, promo codes, robust admin reporting, and solid data security.

Because drivers and passengers interact very differently, I want two distinct mobile apps, each tailored to its workflow, plus a web-based or mobile-friendly admin dashboard where I can monitor fleet activity, run promotions, and handle support tickets. I’m open to native builds (Swift / Kotlin) or a cross-platform approach (Flutter, React Native) as long as performance and UI polish remain top-tier.
