"I work with a distributed engineering team that delivers custom software for North-American clients. Because most of our developers are outside the US and Canada, I need a native-level English speaker who can step in as the technical point of contact on each engagement once coding is already underway.

Here’s what the collaboration looks like:

• You join scheduled Zoom or phone calls to capture evolving requirements, hold clarifying conversations during the active development phase, and set realistic expectations.
• Between calls, you keep the client updated through concise email or chat summaries so no detail slips.
• When new scope emerges you help me refine user stories, estimate effort, and document acceptance criteria the team will later implement.
• You handle contract payments coming from the client and simply forward our agreed-upon share to me.
• If you enjoy staying hands-on, you’re welcome to provide light technical oversight, but the core engineering work remains with my team.

This is a long-term, recurring-revenue arrangement; steady projects will flow your way as long as our communication remains smooth and clients stay happy. I’m looking for someone based in the US or Canada who is comfortable taking a video call at short notice, speaks confidently about software architecture, and can translate client ideas into clear engineering tasks.
