"I have a SharePoint-hosted add-in running in SharePoint Online (Classic Experience) that intermittently throws a “filename” error whenever it reads items from a list. The issue never appears on writes—only during read operations—and it’s proving hard to reproduce on demand, yet it surfaces often enough to disrupt users.
