"I want EspoCRM to feel as natural for texting as it already does for email. Here’s what I need built:

• Telnyx SMS in Contacts & Leads
When I open any contact or lead I should be able to type a message and have it sent instantly through the Telnyx API. Incoming replies must thread back to the same record so the full conversation history is always visible.

• Central “SMS” Hub in Sidebar
Place a new module just above “Emails” in the left-hand column. Borrow the clean, threaded look of Freshsales for two-way conversations. Whether a text originates from the hub or from an individual record, it should appear in both places in real time.

• Automatic Facebook Lead Sync
New Facebook Lead Ads submissions should drop straight into EspoCRM Leads without manual export/import. A background job or webhook will keep the lists aligned.

Acceptance criteria
– Outbound and inbound messages flow through Telnyx with delivery status shown.
– Conversations are stored against the relevant contact/lead and mirrored in the SMS hub.
– The hub UI matches Freshsales-style threads (avatar, name, time stamp, quick reply box).
– Facebook leads arrive automatically within minutes of submission and populate standard EspoCRM lead fields.
– All code and instructions are provided so I can deploy to staging and then production.
