"I’m after a complete Windows-targeted launcher built purely with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I mainly need the interface that lets players see my installed titles and start them with a single click—everything else can be stubbed or left as hooks I can wire up later.

Design-wise I’d like a custom theme that matches my own branding; once we begin I’ll share logos, colour palette and a couple of reference screens so you can skin the layout accordingly. Clean, lightweight code is important because I plan to wrap the pages in an Electron shell, so please avoid heavy frameworks unless they’re truly needed.

Deliverables
• All source files (HTML, SCSS/CSS, JS) ready to drop into an Electron project
• One sample page showing a games list and a functional “Play” button calling a placeholder launch routine
• Instructions for swapping assets, colours and text so I can iterate quickly
