"I need a Jira project you build on your own instance, then hand over so I can import it straight into mine. The board must behave like a classic Kanban flow but with ten distinct workflow stages; each stage will also hold up to four sub-categories that I can toggle on or off later.

A key requirement is an automatic reference number that records every stage the ticket passes through. Dependent on which of the subcategories it goes through, it would generate a different number.

For example, as one progresses through the 10 stages, it might generate 1.2.3.1.3.2.4.1.2.3, which would show me at each stage which of the subcategories it went through

Capacity is small—only about ten live tickets at any one time—so performance tuning is not critical, but the layout must stay clean and easy to scan. It could scale up to 30+ over time.

Deliverables
• Exportable JSON or equivalent that recreates the project, workflow, custom fields and any automation rules in a fresh Jira Cloud site.
• A one-page hand-off note explaining how to import, how the reference number rule works and where to tweak stage names or sub-categories.
