"Project Goal
To successfully rebrand and deploy a purchased white-label e-commerce application source code to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with web app/application, resulting in a fully functional, branded mobile application.

Scope Inclusions (Key Deliverables)

● 1. Branding and UI/UX Customization:
○ Implementing the new App Name and Package/Bundle ID for both iOS and Android.
○ Replacing all white-label assets with the new brand logo, app icon, and splash screen.
○ Customizing the application's color scheme, typography, and primary images to align with the brand style guide.
● 2. Backend/Infrastructure Setup:
○ Setting up the server/hosting environment required by the source code (e.g., configuring the database, API endpoints, and web server).
○ Connecting the mobile application's source code to the new, live backend environment.
○ Configuring and integrating essential third-party services, such as the chosen Payment Gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and a Push Notification service (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging).
● 3. Functionality and Testing:
○ Verifying that all core e-commerce features (product browsing, cart, checkout, user authentication) are functional with the new backend.
○ Performing End-to-End (E2E) testing across both iOS and Android platforms to identify and fix critical bugs.
○ Ensuring the app meets all App Store and Google Play Store guidelines to minimize rejection risk (e.g., privacy policy, unique content/design elements).
● 4. App Store Submission:
○ Creating and configuring the Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts (if not already set up).
○ Preparing all required store assets, including app screenshots, description copy, metadata, and keywords.
○ Compiling and signing the final iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk/.aab) build files.
