"I have a stream of product screens that need a designer’s eye first and a light developer’s touch second. Your main job (roughly 80 % of the effort) is classic UI/UX design in Figma: crafting flows, states, and micro-interactions. Once we’ve approved the look and feel, I’ll ask you to translate those approved screens into static React components styled with TailwindCSS—pure presentational markup, no complex logic or state management.

Deliverables for each sprint:
• Figma source file with all screens, variants, and documentation
• A small React repo or component folder containing the matching Tailwind-styled JSX, ready for my senior devs to wire up
