"The task is to turn my early-stage concept into a lean, test-ready mobile MVP that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Its sole purpose is to validate the underlying business idea with real users as fast as possible, so every feature included should directly support that goal—nothing more, nothing less.

I will supply the core user stories, wireframes, and brand assets. You will translate them into a lightweight cross-platform codebase (React Native, Flutter or a similar framework is fine) and hand back clean, well-commented source files together with installation notes. A simple analytics hook and crash reporting need to be in place to capture usage patterns for the upcoming validation phase.

Acceptance criteria
• Both iOS and Android builds install and launch without errors on current OS versions
• All agreed MVP features work end-to-end and persist data locally or via the chosen backend service
• Basic analytics events (app open, main task completion) register correctly
• Source code, README, and any build scripts are included in the final delivery zip
