"I want a native Android utility app built from the ground up. The concept is straightforward: a small, fast-loading tool that solves a single everyday problem and looks polished in the Play Store.

Scope of work
– Design a clean, modern UI that follows Google’s Material guidelines.
– Develop the core functionality natively in Kotlin, ensuring smooth performance on Android 8.0 and above.
– Implement basic analytics and crash reporting with Firebase.
– Add in-app privacy policy, settings screen, and automated version checking.
– Package everything for Play Console submission, including signed APK/AAB, store screenshots, and concise copy.

Deliverables
• Fully commented source code in Git.
• Release-ready APK/AAB and keystore.
• Brief setup guide so I can rebuild the project locally.
• One-month post-launch bug-fix support.

Acceptance criteria
The app installs without warnings, passes Play Store pre-launch report, consumes minimal battery/CPU while idle, and maintains 60 fps on common mid-range devices.
