"I have already mapped out the full architecture for a suite of web-based tools that help chronic-pain patients move smoothly from first contact to long-term self-management. What I now need is the coding muscle to turn that design into a secure, production-ready platform.

Core flow
• An interactive chatbot guides the patient through a structured conversation, not just a few forms. It must feel conversational while still gathering concrete data on pain intensity and location, daily activities and habits, medical history and medications, pain knowledge, treatment expectations, and self-management goals.
• The data feeds an algorithm that builds an easy-to-read Pain Profile for the patient.
• From the same data set, the system assembles a Pre-Consultation Report tuned for the physician’s workflow.
• Once the consult is booked, the patient receives personalized preparation material for a Chronic Pain Self-Management Plan.
• Afterward, the MY DAY module lets patients log daily metrics so we can visualize progress over time and fine-tune the plan.

Scope of work
– Front-end: responsive web interface for patients, with the chatbot as the central entry point and a clean dashboard for MY DAY tracking.
– Back-end: APIs and data models to store, process, and surface patient inputs securely. Think Node/Express or Django, but I’m open as long as it’s robust and maintainable.
– Reporting engine: PDF/HTML generator for both the Pain Profile and the physician report.
– Admin console: basic controls for clinicians to review records and tweak content.

Acceptance criteria
1. Chatbot completes the full question set in under 5 minutes on a typical mobile connection.
2. Pain Profile and Pre-Consultation Report render instantly once data capture finishes.
3. MY DAY entries sync in real time and graph correctly across date ranges.
4. All PHI remains encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. Code is handed over in a Git repo with clear README and deployment scripts.

I’ll supply the conversation scripts, data fields, and report templates; you focus on building, integrating, and polishing. If you’ve built healthcare or HIPAA-sensitive apps before, that’s a big plus." (client-provided description)
