"I want to launch a complete over-the-top platform that people can open on web, mobile, and smart-TV apps to watch movies and TV shows on demand. The build has three non-negotiable pillars: seamless streaming, a robust content library/CMS for thousands of titles, and flexible user-subscription management with recurring billing and free-trial logic. While the first release focuses on on-demand films and series, the architecture should also let me switch on live-music-concert streams later without rebuilding the core.

Typical stack pieces you might propose—AWS MediaConvert/MediaPackage, CloudFront CDN, HLS/DASH playback, DRM (Widevine/FairPlay), a React or Flutter client, plus a Node/Go/PHP API—are all fine as long as they deliver smooth 1080p playback under variable bandwidth and give me a clean admin interface to ingest, tag, and schedule content.

Deliverables
• Multi-platform player with adaptive streaming and resume-play
• Backend/CMS that handles catalog metadata, artwork, trailer management, and ingest workflows
• Subscription and payment module (card, wallet, and coupon support) with monthly/annual plans
• User profiles, watch-history, and basic recommendation hooks
• Deployment scripts and documentation so my team can scale and monitor the service

Acceptance criteria: zero buffering at 5 Mbps, DRM protected assets, successful payment sandbox tests, and clear build/restore instructions in a read-me.
