"This project centres on building a complete e-commerce website, and it must be handled by a developer located in Ukraine. I already have the product catalogue and brand assets ready; what I need now is the technical expertise to turn them into a secure, responsive online store.

Scope of work
• Select and configure the most appropriate platform (for example, WooCommerce, Shopify, or a custom PHP/JavaScript stack) and map out a scalable site architecture.
• Design and implement a modern, mobile-first interface that reflects the brand’s style guide.
• Integrate local and international payment gateways as well as shipping-rate calculators relevant to the Ukrainian and EU markets.
• Set up a straightforward admin panel so that my team can manage products, pricing, and promotions without developer assistance.
• Optimise page speed, SEO fundamentals, and basic analytics tracking before launch.
• Provide concise documentation and a short hand-over session once the site is live.

Acceptance criteria
1. The site passes checkout tests for at least two payment providers and one logistics option.
2. Core pages (home, category, product, cart, checkout) load in under three seconds on 4G according to Google PageSpeed.
3. All content is editable through the CMS/dashboard without code changes.
4. Project files, credentials, and setup instructions are delivered in a secure, organised package.
