"My platform handles a steady stream of real-time questions and account-related requests; the heart of this assignment is friendly, quick, and accurate customer support over live chat. I need coverage a few hours each weekday (exact windows are flexible and can be finalised together) to:
• greet visitors instantly, answer product or service questions, and resolve issues on the spot
• guide new users through basic onboarding steps, including light KYC verification when required
• log chat transcripts and common pain-points so I can improve our knowledge base
• recognise opportunities to upsell or cross-sell and pass warm leads to the sales queue
Performance will be measured on first-response time, chat resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
