"We are hiring a highly experienced Senior React Native Developer with 7+ years of mobile development experience to join our internal product team.

This is an in-house position — we do not work for external clients.
All development focuses exclusively on our own internal platforms, systems, and digital ecosystem.

Salary, Contract & Employment Structure
During the 3-Month Trial Period

Base salary defined based on agreement Full-time

You must manage your time with our team, deliver tasks on schedule, and work through our internal CMS task management system.

Weekly evaluation of performance, speed, quality, and communication

After the Trial Period
Permanent full-time contract
Long-term contract: 5–10 years
Significant salary increase
Bonus payments (yearly, per milestone, per performance)

Role Overview
You will work daily with our internal senior developer, helping build and scale our mobile applications.
Tasks cover UI, API integration, architecture, optimization, AI modules, wallet systems, and POS implementations.

We are a product-based company, not an agency — no external projects.

Phase 2 – Responsibilities During the Trial
1. Market Module
Build marketplace UI from Figma
Product list, product details, search and filters
REST API integration
High performance across devices

2. Location Module
GPS permissions handling
Map integration (Mapbox or Google Maps)
Nearby shop/service detection
Address picker + backend API

3. ChatSystem Light
1:1 text messaging
Real-time connection (MQTT / WebSocket)
Chat list + message screen
Offline caching & retry logic

4. Wallet, ZerCash Currency & POS System (In-House)
ZerCash Wallet
Integrate internal wallet system
Support app payments, POS payments, balance display, transaction history
Strictly no user-to-user transfers
ZerCash Currency
Correct display of Zer/Ziv currency
Currency conversion logic & backend syncing
Internal micro-payment workflows

POS System
Integrate the app with our internal POS endpoints
QR payment flow
Transaction confirmation screens
Receipt display & transaction status updates

5. AI Integration (In-House AI Tools)

Display AI-generated content (history, video, recommendations)
Add AI badges and indicators
AI Advertising
Integrate our in-house AI ad engine
Display dynamic, AI-generated advertisement blocks
Secure caching, fallback system, error logic

6. Google Ads (AdMob)
Implement banner, interstitial & rewarded ads
Stable SDK integration
Follow iOS & Android guidelines
Automatic switching between:

Internal AI Ads

Team Collaboration & Internal Policy
Daily collaboration with our internal senior developer
Task tracking via internal CMS
Participate in planning, architecture discussions, sprints

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Requirements

7+ years of professional mobile development
Senior React Native experience
Strong skills in:
Figma → React Native (pixel-perfect)
REST/JSON APIs
React Navigation & deep linking
Maps & geolocation
MQTT / WebSocket real-time messaging
Wallet/payment flows
POS system integration (advantage)
Media handling (video, image, caching)
Performance optimization
Basic Social Media Application Experience

Must have experience working on social media features, such as:
Feeds / timelines
Likes, comments, posts (or similar components)
Following/friend systems
User profiles & settings
Infinite scroll and high-performance lists
Advertising Technology
Google AdMob experience
Experience with custom/in-house ad systems (advantage)
