"I have a small in-house app that I use on construction sites to create building-report PDFs and email them to myself automatically. The current workflow fills in an old template, but our industry now requires a different, pre-approved PDF. This new PDF must be used exactly as is—its layout and branding cannot be recreated or redesigned—so the task is to make my app drop the old file, load the new one, and push the right data into every field.

What I need from you
• Replace the existing template with the industry-standard PDF I’ll supply.
• Adjust the data-input logic so every value that comes from the app lands in the correct field on the new form.
• Make any small field-name or mapping tweaks necessary so the email I receive still shows a fully completed, ready-to-send report.

Acceptance
Once the modified build emails me a correctly filled test PDF—no blank or mis-matched fields—the job is done. I’ll provide the current codebase, the new PDF, and sample data so you can test locally." (client-provided description)
