"I am looking for an experienced Power BI Developer (optionally with Power Apps experience) to create a sports performance analytics platform, similar to SkillMasters.
The system will be used to manage fitness testing, athlete monitoring, performance tracking, and to generate professional PDF reports.

What I need:

A full Power BI data model for:

Athletes (profiles, demographics, team/position data)

Tests (strength, speed, endurance, mobility, body composition, etc.)

Test Sessions (date, protocol, coach)

Test Results (numeric values, units, notes)

Normative data (percentiles, age/gender references)

Interactive dashboards including:

Athlete Profile Dashboard

Team Overview Dashboard

Longitudinal Performance Tracking

Athlete Comparison (1 vs 1 or group comparison)

DAX formulas for:

Percentile ranks

Z-scores vs normative data

Improvement % over time

Custom performance indices (I will provide formulas)

Paginated Reports (A4 PDF) for:

Athlete report (single athlete)

Team report (summary of results)

Printable, professional design with my logo

Ability to filter by:

Team, age group, gender, position, date, test type, etc.

Clean, user-friendly layout similar to modern sports science platforms.

Nice to have:

Experience with Power Apps to create simple data-entry forms
