"I need photorealistic 3D renders of an interior space that will be featured as marketing material, so the images must instantly impress potential buyers and investors. The concept has already been set: a clean, Modern style with an emphasis on natural light, balanced proportions, and premium finishes.

Here’s how I see the collaboration:

• I’ll provide floor plans and material specs (textures, colors, fixtures).
• You translate them into high-quality, fully lit scenes using tools such as 3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, Blender + Cycles, or an equivalent pipeline you’re comfortable with. (no simple free AI tools!!!)
• Final delivery should include at least two carefully composed camera angles in 4K resolution (both JPEG/PNG and the raw scene file).
• I expect one round of feedback for minor tweaks—color balance, props, or light temperature—before we sign off.
