"I run an established CPA firm and need a forward-looking website that still projects a polished, professional-and-corporate image. Beyond a standard brochure site, the build must incorporate two mission-critical elements:

• A secure client portal where existing customers can log in, exchange financial documents, view engagement status, and retrieve reports.
• Full e-commerce capability supporting the three functions I have in mind: product catalog with checkout for fixed-fee packages, subscription or membership plans for ongoing services, and real-time consultation booking with online payments.

The public-facing pages will promote our core offerings—bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax preparation, audit services, and broader financial consultancy—so intuitive navigation and clear service landing pages are essential.

I expect a modern tech stack that delivers mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and baseline SEO. PCI-compliant payment integration (Stripe or similar), two-factor authentication for the client portal, and an easy-to-use CMS so my team can update content without coding are all required. Integration hooks for QuickBooks Online and Mailchimp would be a plus.
