"I have a WordPress taxi-service theme that I now need reshaped into a nationwide directory. The end product should let people in any UK town or city search local providers, while taxi services, companies and individual drivers can register, pay, and publish their own listings from the front end.

Core requirements
• Re-work the current theme so that listings, not single-fleet bookings, sit at the heart of the site.
• Member dashboard where users choose between “Taxi services”, “Taxi companies”, or “Individual taxi drivers”, complete their profile, upload images, and manage renewals.
• Secure PayPal integration for paid plans, upgrades and renewals.
• Location-based search and map view: users enter a town or postcode and see nearby listings ranked by distance.
• Coverage must include every UK area out of the box, so an efficient way to import or generate the full UK geo database is essential.
• Clear, responsive layout that holds up on mobile.
• Clean, well-commented code or documented plugin choices so I can maintain the site after hand-off.

Acceptance
The build is done when I can:
1. Create a member account, pick a listing type, pay through PayPal, and see the listing appear immediately after approval.
2. Search “Oxford” or any UK town and receive relevant results ordered by distance.
3. Switch to a mobile view without layout glitches or search failure.
