"I’m building “YIMES”, an online scholarship and exam platform where students can apply, check results and stay in the loop. The core build I need includes:

• Secure sign-up / login
• A student dashboard that lets each user manage personal information without touching the database directly
• A results area that I can populate after each exam
• Email and SMS notifications fired automatically on key events (application received, result published, fee confirmation, etc.)
• A payment gateway set up for one-off fees, with the option to switch on recurring charges for specific add-on services

I’m happy with Laravel, Django, Node.js or a similar modern stack as long as the code is clean, responsive, and easy for me to maintain later. An admin panel should let me create new exams, export applicant data, and push notifications in bulk.

Deliverables:
– Fully deployed web app on my VPS
– Student & admin panels meeting the above flow
– Integrated email (SendGrid, SMTP, etc.) and SMS gateway (Twilio or equivalent) tested end-to-end
– Payment gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or your suggestion) configured in test and live modes with optional recurring billing toggles
– Brief handover guide covering database schema, env variables and deployment steps
