"I need a lightweight web-based tool that lets me type a UK number plate, pings the DVLA data source, and instantly opens a page pre-filled with the correct make, model and year. I will supply a reference database of make–model–year variants to speed up matching; you simply need to connect the reg-lookup response to the right record so we always land on the exact vehicle page.

On that page I want both dropdowns and free-text boxes so I can refine or overwrite any of the auto-filled details, then add my own price, notes, and other information. A built-in price input is essential, as is a one-click data export (CSV or XLSX is fine) so I can pull selected vehicles into spreadsheets for further work.

Key points you should hit:

• Accurate mapping of registration to make, model, year using the live (or regularly synced) DVLA source plus my provided variant list.
