"I’m launching an online platform where visitors can buy, sell, or rent cars in one place, and I need it built from the ground up. The core flows—Sale, Purchase, and Renting—must be fully supported with dedicated account areas for Buyers, Sellers, and Renters so each role can manage their own listings, bookings, or enquiries without confusion.

The site itself is straightforward:

• Home page that introduces the service and highlights featured vehicles.
• Listing page that displays all cars with filters (make, model, price, and rental or sale status).
• Contact Us page with a simple form that routes messages to my inbox.

I’m open to the tech stack—React, Vue, Laravel, Django, or a well-structured WordPress solution—as long as the end result is mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, and easy for me to update through an admin panel. Secure sign-up / log-in, profile dashboards, and a clean, modern UI matter more to me than the specific framework.

Deliverables
– Fully responsive site covering the three pages above
