Scope of work
• Collaborate with me to finalise functional requirements and UI flow.
• Recommend an appropriate tech stack—C#, .NET (WPF or WinForms), C++/Qt, or another modern Windows-friendly framework.
• Develop clean, well-commented code and maintain version control.
• Create an intuitive, polished interface that feels native to Windows 10 and 11.
• Handle error-handling, logging, and performance optimisation.
• Produce a signed installer and portable build, plus any necessary redistributables.
• Provide concise user documentation and a hand-off walkthrough.

Acceptance criteria
1. Executable installs and runs flawlessly on fully-patched Windows 10 and 11.
2. All agreed-upon features operate without crashes or critical bugs.
3. Source code compiles from scratch using the documented toolchain.
4. Deliverables include: source repository, installer, portable build, documentation.
