"I need a Laravel expert to build both the mobile-app API and its accompanying web admin dashboard.

API scope
• Endpoints must cover user login and registration secured with two-factor authentication, push-notification triggers, and full data-sync operations for our iOS / Android builds.
• JSON responses, clear status codes, and clean, versioned routing are essential so my mobile team can integrate without friction.

Admin panel scope
• A single page application–style dashboard that lets me handle user management, content management, plus at-a-glance reports and analytics. Usability and role-based permissions are priorities.

Deliverables
• Well-structured Laravel codebase (latest stable release)
• Database schema and migrations
• Postman / Insomnia collection for every endpoint
• Brief setup guide so my in-house devs can deploy in staging and production
