Student Cribs Group - we are a vertically integrated, Student Property owner and manager in the UK, with over 1,000 properties under management. We have recently moved to SAP Concur from webexpenses (still being used). However, we have lacked the time internally to do the configuration so looking for outside assistance.

SAP Concur Expenses Implementation – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur consultant to support the configuration and rollout of our Concur Expenses module. The project involves implementing a streamlined expense process for direct property costs, with expenses needing to be allocated across 1,000 properties. The consultant will also assist in evaluating integration options with SAP Business One and building custom reporting.

Scope of Work
1. Process Mapping & Requirements
Review current workflows for property expense management.
Map an optimized end-to-end Concur expense process.

2. Concur Configuration
Create custom user and expense fields for property allocation.
Implement a scalable solution for managing 1,000+ properties.
Configure expense types, policy rules, validations, and audit controls.

3. Approvals & Workflows
Set up property-based or hierarchical approval routing.
Configure exception handling and escalation rules.

4. SAP Business One Integration Support
Assess options for syncing property lists, cost centers, and financial data between Concur and SAP Business One.
Support or advise on integration setup.

5. Custom Reporting
Develop or configure Concur reports for:
Property-level spend
Expense category tracking
Approval and compliance metrics

6. Testing & Knowledge Transfer
Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and refine configuration.
