The new intranet should:

Key Features Required

A regularly updated global news section.

Full SharePoint ecosystem search, including nested (existing) BU SharePoint sites.

We are a global company with around 550 employees across multiple regions. Our current SharePoint intranet is functional but not optimised for usability, engagement, or global cohesion. This project aims to put all our employees “on the same page,” both figuratively and literally.
