Project description:
"We are looking for skilled Laravel Backend Developers and Frontend Developers to join our internal product engineering team.
This is a 100% in-house position — we do not take external client projects.
All development focuses exclusively on our own internal systems, dashboards, APIs, and digital ecosystem.

Important:
You will work under the leadership and technical direction of our internal senior developer.
This includes planning, reviewing, and executing all tasks together.

Responsibilities
Backend (Laravel) Developer Responsibilities
Core Backend Tasks
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for mobile apps and internal dashboards
Work with MongoDB for data storage, indexing, and performance
Build and manage backend services inside Docker
Implement new modules, new features, and API endpoints
Maintain clean, scalable code with documentation
Handle authentication, middleware, roles, and API security

Coordinate closely with frontend and mobile development teams
Communication & Data Flow
Connect admin-side data to developer-side modules
Ensure the app receives correct data from admin tools
Participate in cross-team development under our senior developer

Real-Time Communication
Setup and integrate chat using [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] SDK
Implement backend token generation, permissions, signaling
Support real-time messaging, calls, and notifications

Meetings Module
Build backend logic for meeting rooms, scheduling, invitations
Handle user roles, tokens, session management, event logs
Support live video/audio meetings with Agora

Frontend Developer Responsibilities
Core Frontend Tasks
Build clean and responsive dashboards, admin panels, and web tools
Implement UI layouts and designs into interactive components
Connect frontend logic to Laravel REST APIs
Display admin tools, analytics, forms, logs, user data
Build and integrate meeting pages (video, chat, controls)
Improve UI/UX performance across browsers

Admin & Developer Integration
Retrieve backend data and display it in admin dashboards
Implement roles, permissions, filters, and management tools
Work directly under our senior developer’s guidance

Required Skills
Backend (Laravel Developer)

3+ years experience with Laravel

Strong RESTful API development
Experience with MongoDB
Solid knowledge of Docker
Experience with real-time communication or SDKs (Agora preferred)
Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth, Sanctum)
Clean, well-structured code style

Frontend Developer
Strong experience with Vue.js, React, or Laravel Blade
Good UI/UX foundation
Strong API integration skills
Familiar with WebSockets & real-time UI
Experience building admin dashboards

Nice to Have
Experience with Agora Chat / Video / Meetings
WebRTC knowledge
Docker Swarm or Kubernetes
Experience with large-scale backend systems
Experience integrating with mobile apps (React Native)
