"Full Domain, Hosting, Email & Website Setup Assistance

Objective:
Set up a clean, professional, and fully functional digital infrastructure for my side business, I want to go step by step (even though they are basic purchasing options) including domain registration, web hosting, email accounts, DNS records, Outlook configuration, and website access. The goal is to ensure a smooth, error-free setup without legacy issues from previous hosting or email services.

Scope of Work:
The expert will assist live via Google Meet (screen view only, no remote control). All actions will be taken collaboratively, ensuring transparency and understanding for the client.

Step 1: Consultation & Recommendations
Discuss hosting options (we will discuss best prices support and Black Friday offers to choose between Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or others) based on your experience:

- Pricing, reliability, and support
- Ease of managing emails and website files
- Ability to scale as the business grows
- Recommend the optimal hosting plan

Step 2: Domain and Hosting Purchase
Log into the chosen provider together.

- Purchase domain and hosting plan.
- Ensure all necessary features are included:
- Email accounts
- FTP/database access
- SSL certificates

Step 3: Email Setup
Create 3 email addresses:

- lalfa@ ([login to view URL], IMAP)
- [login to view URL]@ ([login to view URL], IMAP)
- info@ (Microsoft 365 Business Pro license)
- Configure Outlook and/or other mail clients:
- Ensure multiple accounts work side-by-side
- Test sending/receiving emails
- Advanced Outlook setup for shared calendars and folders

Step 4: DNS Configuration for Perfect Email Delivery
Configure MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for all domains/emails

- Verify email deliverability to prevent spam issues

Step 5: Old Email Migration
Migrate old emails from HostGator to new email accounts
