"I want to bring an augmented-reality restaurant discovery experience to Android, letting users raise their phone, and immediately see a live map of nearby venues floating over the camera view. The cornerstone of the build is a smooth, real-time restaurant map overlay powered by ARCore (or a comparable framework you’re comfortable with).

Search must feel natural and flexible: users can filter results by current location, specific cuisines, or overall ratings without leaving the camera screen. Tapping an overlay should open a compact card with the usual essentials—name, distance, basic details—while a deeper dive reveals menus, photos, and review snippets." (client-provided description)
