"I need a compact C++ module that talks directly to the Kotak Neo REST API via plain libcurl calls. The goal is to automate three things for a single trading account:

• Fetch real-time market data for a given symbol or instrument code.
• Check the current account balance and available margin.
• Place a market order, but only after the balance-check confirms sufficient funds.

Please wire the logic so every order request triggers a balance call first; if funds are insufficient, the code should return a clear error string instead of sending the order. Only market orders are required at this stage, so no limit or stop logic is needed.

I will pass my own API key, secret, and session token at runtime, so keep those as configurable parameters (environment variables or a small JSON config file—whichever you prefer). Use standard C++17, libcurl for HTTP(S) requests, and nlohmann::json (or another lightweight header-only parser) for response handling. No heavy external frameworks, please.

Deliverables
1. Well-commented .cpp/.h files compiling cleanly with g++ on windows
2. A simple CLI wrapper demonstrating:
– pulling market data,
– displaying the balance,
– and submitting a market order after the balance check.
3. README with build instructions, sample curl traces, and a quick troubleshooting sections
