"I’m building a utility-focused mobile application and want it launched simultaneously on iOS and Android through a single Flutter code-base. The core scope covers two must-have capabilities: real-time push notifications and reliable background data synchronization.

The job involves:
• Setting up a clean, well-structured Flutter project (Dart 3, latest stable Flutter SDK).
• Implementing Firebase Cloud Messaging—or a comparable service if you prefer—to deliver push notifications even when the app is closed.
• Creating a robust data-sync layer that can pull and push JSON data to a REST endpoint, handle connectivity changes gracefully, and queue updates for later when offline.
• Producing release-ready builds for both App Store and Google Play, including all necessary signing, provisioning, and store-compliant icons/screenshots.
• Handing over thoroughly commented source code, a brief README covering build steps, and short Loom/Screencast clips that demonstrate notification flow and sync in action.

Acceptance criteria
1. A single Flutter repository with reproducible builds for iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk/.aab).
2. Test push notification received on both platforms within 5 seconds of trigger.
3. Data created offline syncs automatically once connection resumes, without data loss.
4. All public Flutter Analyze and Flutter Test checks pass with no errors.
