"I recently opened a fresh GoHighLevel workspace and want it turned into a fully-functioning growth engine. The scope covers every core feature: building the website and funnels, configuring the CRM, and wiring in smart automations so the whole thing runs without babysitting.

CRM setup
• Contacts must flow in cleanly, be auto-tagged, scored, and dropped into the right pipeline stages.
• Integrations are essential—calendar, email, and any other tools you recommend should talk to GHL seamlessly so data never has to be re-entered.

Funnels & site
I’ll supply copy and basic brand assets; you handle page creation, DNS connection, forms, and payment links if needed. Each funnel should push leads straight into the CRM with the tags and stages noted above.

Automations
The first priority is appointment reminders (email/SMS) that fire at sensible intervals before and after a booking. Once that’s solid we can layer in nurture sequences and follow-ups as you see fit.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live site and at least one end-to-end funnel collecting leads.
2. Contacts automatically tagged, scored, and routed to the correct pipeline.
3. Appointment reminder workflow tested from booking through confirmation.
4. All integrations documented so I can maintain them later.
