"I’m looking to add a voice-enabled ChatGPT assistant to my e-commerce storefront so shoppers can ask questions out loud and receive instant, spoken answers. The single, core job is customer support—specifically answering the FAQs we already maintain—so visitors can resolve common issues hands-free without waiting for a live agent.

Here’s what needs to happen:
• Front-end: Capture and play audio in browser, ideally via Web Speech API or a comparable JS library, then stream text to the OpenAI API and read the reply back to the user in real time.
• Back-end: Feed ChatGPT with our existing FAQ content (supplied as markdown and a small JSON file) so its responses stay on brand and accurate; no product recommendations or order tracking flows are required for this phase.
• UX polish: A discreet floating mic button, animated when listening, plus graceful fallback to typed chat on unsupported browsers.
• Handoff: Commit the code into our Git repo, comment it clearly, and include a brief setup guide so my team can recreate the environment locally.

The deliverable is considered complete when the assistant can answer at least 90 % of our FAQ test set correctly in both voice and text, and works across Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on desktop and mobile." (client-provided description)
