"My Flutter app is finished and need some to publish on the Play Store—we have purchased a new playstore account. I need a developer to wire in a custom audio notification that will play whenever the app fires a reminder/alert.

I already have the .mp3 file, so the task is purely about integrating it correctly on Android, updating any permission or channel settings, and confirming the sound triggers in foreground, background, and terminated states.

Deliverables:
App development on playstore
• Updated Flutter source with the new notification channel configured to use my custom sound
• Signed release APK/AAB demonstrating the reminder alert plays the file every time
• A short note outlining the changes so I can merge them into my main repo
