"The contact page on my WordPress site needs a quick, tidy overhaul. I already have a form in place, but it must be modified rather than replaced. Here’s what has to happen:

• Add new fields where visitors can supply a bit more detail.
• Remove a few outdated fields that no longer make sense.
• Change the type of certain inputs (for example, turning simple text boxes into dropdowns where that suits the question better).
• Configure the outgoing email so every submission lands reliably in my inbox (SMTP or another proven method is fine, as long as it’s tested).

The plugin currently powering the form is already installed and active; I’ll give you full admin access so you can jump straight in. Once the form looks right and the email routing is verified, a short note explaining any settings you adjusted will wrap things up.
