"I need a full-featured B2B marketplace that feels as smooth as Alibaba but tailored to my own branding and workflow. The product must run natively on iOS and Android and mirror the same experience on the web, all sharing a single back-end.

For buyers, browsing catalogues, requesting quotations, chatting in real time and placing bulk orders are standard, yet the real differentiator is a built-in Buyer Grouping System. Any buyer should be able to create a private group, invite colleagues, compare offers side by side, debate in a dedicated chat thread and jointly approve the final purchase—all without leaving the app.

Sellers will self-register, upload and manage unlimited SKUs, track quotation requests, respond in real time, and update order status. Product verification badges, inventory visibility and tiered pricing are also essential.

An admin console must give me granular control over user accounts, KYC/verification workflows, product approvals, dispute handling and analytics dashboards. OTP-based login, push notifications and a low-latency chat engine are non-negotiable across every platform. The interface should remain clean and intuitive even when thousands of SKUs are present, so performance and smart caching matter as much as design.
