"My goal is to put an entire e-learning experience online—from course creation right through to student completion—so I need a developer who can build a full-featured web platform with a solid Course Management System at its core. The site should allow me to upload and organise lessons, bundle them into courses, and control the release of content (e.g., drip scheduling or prerequisites).

For now, the only confirmed feature is the Course Management System, but I’m open to your recommendations on student progress tracking, interactive quizzes, or anything else that will make the learning experience smoother. I’m still weighing up whether the platform needs separate roles for students, instructors, and admins, so guidance on best-practice permission structures will be very helpful.

Frontend and backend must both be responsive, fast, and scalable. If you have a preferred tech stack—WordPress with LearnDash, Laravel + Vue, MERN, or something similar—let me know why it’s a good fit and how it will handle future feature additions.
