"READ BEFORE BIDDING:

1. Vendor Qualification (MANDATORY)

This project requires documented, hands-on experience with large-scale automated WordPress page generation using WP Zinc Page Generator Pro or equivalent proven frameworks, specifically:

-WP Zinc – Page Generator Pro
-LPagery
-Elementor Pro with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro)
-Toolset (Types + Views)
-Pods Framework combined with Elementor or Beaver Builder

Qualified vendors must demonstrate experience delivering projects involving:

-Mass Page Generation on WordPress
-WordPress Bulk Page Creation Systems
-SEO-compliant page automation workflows

2. Bid Screening Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Proposals will be automatically rejected if they do not include all of the following:

-Verifiable Work Samples
-URLs to a minimum of three (3) live multi-page websites developed by the bidder.

*Sites must represent genuine mass-page generation implementations (programmatic or template-based).

Proposal Submission Requirements

All proposals must include:

-Agency website URL
-Operating location and team size
-Proposed workflow and deployment timeline
-Three (3) qualifying project URLs

3. Project Overview

The client will supply:

-A sales landing page template.
-A structured Excel dataset containing 1,110+ unique city/country records.

The contractor will deploy this data using WP Zinc Page Generator Pro (or an accepted equivalent system) to create and publish 1,110+ unique location-based landing pages on WordPress.

Page deployment must follow a staggered release schedule to:

-Prevent mass-publication penalties.
-Mitigate duplicate-content risks.
-Support optimal crawl and indexation behavior by search engines.

4. Scope of Services

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

A. Automated Page Generation

Configure WP Zinc page automation system.
Map Excel data to template fields.
Generate all unique destination pages programmatically.

B. Controlled Publishing Schedule

Execute phased deployment according to an agreed scheduling protocol.
Validate successful publication and page integrity after each batch.

C. Full On-Page SEO Implementation

For every generated page:
SEO Titles
Meta Descriptions
Clean URL structures
H1/H2 headers and layout formatting
Internal linking validation

D. Lead Capture Integration

Embed and test submission forms within all generated pages using WP Zinc integrations.
Validate form tracking and data delivery workflows.

E. Search Indexation Management

Setup and configure Google Search Console.
Submit sitemaps and monitor crawling.
Track indexation performance.
Submit updated sitemap feeds to applicable AI search engines.

5. Deliverables

The contractor shall provide:

- All 1,110+ pages live, tested, and SEO optimized
- SEO completion verification report
- Google Search Console indexation report
- Sitemap submission confirmation
- Process handover and technical documentation enabling future management or scaling

6. Eligibility Statement

Only vendors with demonstrated hands-on experience using WP Zinc or equivalent systems for large-scale programmatic WordPress deployments are eligible to be considered for this project.
