"I am building an educational app exclusively for Android and need an experienced developer to take it from concept to a polished, ready-to-publish release. The core of the product is a robust quiz and assessment engine that lets learners answer timed questions, get instant feedback, and track their progress over multiple study sessions. While the focus is quizzes, I’m open to modular suggestions—video lessons or a light discussion space might follow later—so structuring the codebase for future expansion is a plus.

You’ll handle everything from designing an intuitive Material-style UI to implementing a secure local database (or lightweight cloud sync, if you recommend it) for user scores and achievements. Clean, well-commented Kotlin or Java is fine, but the project must compile flawlessly in the latest stable Android Studio.

Acceptance criteria – the app must:
• Install and run on Android 9+ devices without crashes.
• Let me add, edit, and categorize questions in a simple admin panel or import via CSV/JSON.
• Present quizzes with single-answer, multi-choice, and true/false formats, timing each if desired.
• Show immediate scoring with explanations and store results for later review.
• Ship with full source code, build instructions, and a signed release APK.
