"I’m planning a cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) that lets users create secure accounts, deposit and withdraw funds through UPI, and place wagers directly from the app. My priority is to keep full administrative control, so I’ll need a robust backend and an intuitive dashboard where I can monitor user activity, adjust wagering parameters, handle KYC/AML checks and manage payouts in real time.

Core scope
• Native-quality apps for both iOS and Android built with a common codebase (Flutter, React Native or similar—open to your recommendation)
• Seamless UPI integration that supports deposits, withdrawals and transaction logs
• Account creation with standard onboarding (email/phone verification today, ability to bolt on two-factor or biometric authentication later)
• A wagering engine that can scale to large concurrent user volumes and calculate odds, bets and settlements instantly
• Encrypted data flow from device to server, secure key management and compliance with Google Play / App Store payment policies

Deliverables
1. Source code for the mobile apps
2. Backend APIs, database schema and admin dashboard

Acceptance criteria
– All UPI transactions succeed or fail with clear messaging and are reflected in user wallets within 5 seconds.
– Accounts can be created, verified and logged in on both platforms without error.
– Admin dashboard shows real-time metrics, allows manual bet settlement and account blocking.
– Apps pass App Store and Google Play review on first submission.
