"I want to launch an online directory that showcases plumbers in a single, clearly-defined location. Each listing must display the plumber’s contact information, a concise list of services offered, real customer reviews, a short bio or agency description, and—when I flag it—an eye-catching “Featured” badge.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• A clean, responsive front-end where visitors can browse, filter, or search plumbers by name, neighborhood, or service type.
• A straightforward submission/edit form in the back-end so I can add new plumbers, turn the “Featured” badge on or off, and moderate reviews without touching code.
• Structured data for every listing (name, phone, email, address, services, review score, bio, featured status) stored in a database that can be exported or migrated later.
• Basic review management: the ability to approve, hide, or delete user-submitted ratings.
• Solid on-page SEO foundations—friendly URLs, meta tags pulled from each plumber’s name and city, and schema markup for local business listings.

I’m flexible on the stack: a tailored WordPress theme with Custom Post Types + ACF works for me. What matters is clean code, fast load times, and the freedom to scale to other trades or neighboring cities in the future.
